You can avail complimentary ring resizing within 30 days from shipping date. If the resizing is not possible, we will replace the ring free of cost with a new size ring. After these 30 days, the ring can be resized for small charge. This is applicable for orders within India only.
What if there is a problem with my jewellery?
If there are any manufacturing defect, like issues involving quality of workmanship, we'll repair it free of cost and pay the shipping too. If a piece is damaged due to you, we can repair it too for a very reasonable fee. Shipping has to be borne by the customer itself. Can I get my ring resized at some local jewellery shop?
